CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Check-in begins at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive prior to 3:00 p.m., you may check your luggage with Guest Services and enjoy Restaurant or Bar and pool area until your room becomes available. Standard check-out time begins at 12:00 noon. For all advance purchase reservations your deposit will be forfeited should you check out prior to your scheduled departure date.
EXTRA BED: All children under 3 years old stay free of charge for cots. One child under 12 years is charged 30€ per night (with free breakfast). Maximum capacity of extra beds/babycots in a room is 1. Please reserve these extra beds in advance as they are limited.
PETS: Pets are not allowed in the hotel
AIRPORT TRANSPORTATION
Dolce Chantilly provides airport transportation to and from Roissy Charles de Gaulle Airport (rate on request). Reservations are required. To arrange for your airport pick up please call Guest Services at 00 33 (0)3 44 58 37 61 or by email taxis.chantilly@dolce.com.
CANCELLATION POLICY
All cancellations or modifications within 48 hours will be charged one night's room rate including all applicable tax. Should you make any changes to your reservation, please have your confirmation number prepared when calling. For all advanced purchases a deposit for the entire stay plus tax is due at time of making your reservation. A credit card is required at the time of booking.
