Are you located close to Charles de Gaulle airport?
We are located at 25 min by car from Charles de Gaulle airport.

Do you organize transfers from Chantilly Gouvieux train station?
Yes, we can organize transfers by taxi. You can book your taxi with the front-office.
We strongly recommend to book it in advance.

Is Wi-Fi free?
Yes, the high-speed Wi-Fi is free in the entire hotel.

Do you have daylight meeting rooms?
All of our meeting rooms have natural daylight.

What is included in the plenary room in Complete Meeting Package?
We include: video projector, speakers, microphone, two paperboards, a screen and a conference kit.

Are meals cooked on site?
All meals are carefully prepared and cooked on site by our chef Jimmy Elizabeth and his kitchen teams.

Do you have a parking onsite?
Yes we have a free outside parking onsite up to 500 cars.

If any event attendee or guest has to any intolerance, do you offer any alternative?
Yes, our Chef will offer an alternative considering the intolerance. Please note that you should communicate your intolerance to your reservation agent or meeting planner at least 7 days before your check-in

Do you provide team building activities?
Yes, we offer seasonal indoor or outdoor team building activities. You can contact our Sales Department that will assist you in your research.

How can I have access to my loyalty Wyndham Reward account?
You can access this website and using your Wyndham reward number access to your account.

Does the hotel have accommodation for reduced mobility person?
Yes, we do.

At the hotel, we accept payment by credit card (Amex, Visa, and MasterCard).

We have five room categories: classic, superior, terrace, executive and suite.

We have three restaurants: Swing, Donatello, and La Veranda

All of our rooms offer air conditioning

How many hotels rooms do you have?
Dolce Chantilly has 200 rooms.

Are your swimming pools accessible to any guests?
Only guests with an accommodation booked can access our indoor and/or outdoor swimming pools.

Are dogs accepted?
Yes, little dogs are accepted with an extra of 25€ / room/day.

Are baby crib and extra-bed included in the room rate?
Both baby crib and extra bed are included in the room rate. Please note that this offer applies only to kids until they are 12 years old.

What is check-in / check-out time?
Check-in time is 3 pm whereas check-out time is 12 pm.

Which amenities are offered in the room?
LCD TV, safety case, air conditioning, ironing, high-speed Wi-Fi are offered in the room.

Do you offer massage inside the hotel?
Yes, we have an extensive choice of massages. Our Front Office team will be pleased to assist you and we strongly recommend advanced booking.

Yes, both of our swimming pools are heated.

Do you offer concierge services?
We don’t have a concierge department but our receptionist will give you the best advice and local tips.

What is the maximum number of people in each room?
We can welcome a maximum of two adults per room with one kid of maximum 12 years old starting from the superior room.

How can I book my green fee?
You can book your green fee with our hotel reservation team.

Are children accepted in both swimming pools?
Yes, children are accepted in both swimming pools. Please note that children need to be watched after by parents.

Are shorts and boxers accepted in the swimming pool?
Yes, shorts and boxers are accepted in the swimming pool.

Is the swimming cap mandatory?
No, the swimming cap is not mandatory.
